Lounge with The Lift at SXSW 2012
The Lift, a production company and creative studio based in Mexico City, will be hosting a lounge in Brush Square Park from Friday, March 10 through Sunday, March 12. Comedy Bang! Bang! Podcast Makes the Transition to TV
IFC announced this week that they will be bringing Scott Aukerman's popular podcast Comedy Bang! Bang! to the screen this June. It will join the cable channel's growing alt-comedy lineup, which currently features Portlandia and The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret. They've also ordered a new improv-inspired game show from Kurt Braunohler (working title Bunk), cementing the channel's reputation as a beacon for smart comedies (and the people who love them).
