Indaba Redesigns Site and Expands Business Offerings
Indaba Music is launching a major expansion of the services they provide to musicians, as well as a redesigned website. Initially launched in 2007, Indaba Music has grown to over 500,000 musicians who regularly use the site's suite of social networking, collaboration and production applications to connect with one another and create studio quality music together in online recording sessions. Indaba has partnered with industry leaders to create a "musical ecosystem," enabling musicians to seamlessly transition through all stages of musical development, from education to creation, promotion, sales and beyond. The site's offerings, which will be expanding throughout 2010, currently include tools for musicians to sell their music on iTunes and directly to consumers while retaining 100% of their revenues; a storefront of more than 100,000 titles of sheet music, tabs, video lessons, samples; 50GB of storage; considerable discounts on musical instruments and magazine subscriptions; and much more.
